For couples who’ve planned their day, but want a pro to bring it all together – and a wedding bestie to see it through.

From the moment you book, I’m by your side with multiple planning catch-ups, a full site visit, bespoke timeline creation, and complete supplier coordination. In the lead-up to your wedding, I’ll also be on-site with you for up to 4 hours of pre-event set-up and final sign-off, making sure every detail is styled, positioned, and ready exactly as planned before your guests arrive.

On the day itself, I take over the reins completely — managing your suppliers, timings, guest experience, and all those behind-the-scenes details so you can fully relax and enjoy every moment.

For couples who love taking the lead on their budget, suppliers, and early planning, The Full Flourish is designed to provide expert guidance, reassurance, and a calm, organised presence from the moment you book — and a full takeover six months before your wedding to ensure everything runs seamlessly. 

Designed for couples booking 12+ months in advance, The Full Flourish includes everything in the Finishing Flourish, plus ongoing support from booking and a full takeover 6 months out.  On the wedding day itself, you’ll also have a second coordinator on-site, providing extra hands to ensure everything runs flawlessly for larger guest lists and more complex setups.

  • Guidance & Reassurance: from the moment you book, I’m right by your side. We’ll have regular catch-ups to keep everything moving, talk through ideas, and review your progress so no detail is overlooked. You’ll always know what’s coming next. 

  • Supplier Support: I’ll recommend trusted suppliers that align with your style, help you navigate quotes, and take over all communication and confirmations from six months out — ensuring every supplier is clear, coordinated, and fully briefed.

This is my full coordination service, perfect for larger guest numbers and more complex setups. With a lead coordinator and assistant on the day, your wedding is fully supported from start to finish. 

Includes:

  • Support from the moment you’re booked

  • Full supplier coordination & confirmations 

  • Timeline shared with all key suppliers

  • Up to 4 hours on-site pre-event set-up & sign-off with you

Perfect for smaller, more personal celebrations — this package gives you all the same love, organisation, and calm coordination as my full Final Flourish service, just without the second coordinator.

You’ll still receive full planning support from the moment you book, including multiple check-ins, a full site visit, bespoke timeline, complete supplier coordination, and up to 4 hours on-site pre-event set-up & sign-off ahead of your wedding. On the day, it will be one lead coordinator (me!) running everything smoothly, so your celebration still feels seamless, relaxed, and beautifully managed.
