Founded by hospitality duo Roxy & James, The Swig & Filly was born from a love of good times, great service and even better drinks. With over 35 years of combined experience in the events industry, we’ve seen it all and we know how to make every event run seamlessly.

The organiser, the event specialist and the one with the raspberry mojito you’ll never forget. Roxy has managed countless events with a genuine passion for people. Her talent lies in creating smooth-running, stress-free celebrations and she even offers on-the-day coordination for couples who need an extra helping hand.

With his infectious energy and flair for creativity, James has managed some of Hertfordshire’s busiest bars and loves nothing more than designing bespoke cocktails. His famous Apple & Rhubarb Crumbletini is proof that great drinks can also tell a story.

From set-up crew to cocktail shakers, our team are the heart of The Swig & Filly. With their energy and enthusiasm, they bring the magic to every event — even in the middle of a muddy field. (Fun fact: we were honoured to serve at Glastonburys 2023, 2024 & 2025 VIP bar & we are returning back for Glastonbury 2027.)
